The Christmas period brought thousands of matchboxes into people's homes, bringing love, laughter and luxury all over the world. Hot stuff exceeded all expectations selling over ten times predictions and having to go out of stock before November was out. Christmas Kiss and White Christmas were also sold out in the first week of December and before December was out the other boxes were also sold out. There was quite a bit of press with Spice Rack being listed as one of the best Christmas gifts under £5 in Ideal home Magazine and on the BBC god food guide. We had lots of lovely reviews, and are quite overwhelmed with the fantastic response the matchboxes have received. The matchbox team went into hibernation for two weeks over Christmas to get over the shock of it all, but they are now back to face the new year and bring you more exciting and amazing matchboxes.
